Celiac Disease is a genetic auto-immune disorder. Those with celiac disease are forbidden from consuming wheat, rye, spelt or barley. Currently, there is no cure for the disease. Rebecca was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2003. Initially struggling with the adjustment to the gluten-free lifestyle, she and her husband now embrace it. You might know about them already, but Cream Hill Estates sells gluten free oats. You can buy them in the US from The Gluten Free Pantry (www.glutenfree.com). They sell Cream Hill Estates oats and oat flour. I hope that helps in your search for gf oats.
