
Tastes like a REAL sandwich. The Glutino Corn Bread is my new favorite thing. Possibly one of the best gluten-free sandwich breads that I have ever tasted.
Not too dense and just enough chew. I love it.
Celiac Disease is a genetic auto-immune disorder. Those with celiac disease are forbidden from consuming wheat, rye, spelt or barley. Currently, there is no cure for the disease. Rebecca was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2003. Initially struggling with the adjustment to the gluten-free lifestyle, she and her husband now embrace it. Our goal in keeping this blog is to keep track of the discoveries we make and enlighten others.
