Celiac Disease is a genetic auto-immune disorder. Those with celiac disease are forbidden from consuming wheat, rye, spelt or barley. Currently, there is no cure for the disease. Rebecca was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2003. Initially struggling with the adjustment to the gluten-free lifestyle, she and her husband now embrace it.
